Cancellation Policy

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers once ordered cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations will be considered only on physical Gift Cards, if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been process for shipping.

Giftcards2you does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items.

If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved.

You can return the entire package (with the Gift Card intact & unused) within a period of 7 days in order to get replacement.

You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.

    **No cancellation charges applicable.

Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy what so ever.

Cancellation and Refunds is not applicable on E-Gift Cards.

Refund amount will be credited to your source account within 5-7 working days post cancellation.

Expired Gift Cards are not redeemable and Gift Card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.

Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Physical Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash.

Note: No return and replacement for E-Gift cards/E-vouchers.
